Chilli \"jalapeno\" ground green. Chili plant with green triangular fruits,  whose seeds are ground to pepper. Native to Central and South America. Mainly from Mexico. Taste of Chilli Jalapeno green: Spicy and aromatic, medium level of heat Use of Chilli Jalapeno green: Usual for the typical Tex-Mex kitchen. Ideal for hotter salsas and guacamole. 2 ripe avocados3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon Eder Spices UTAH Sweet Salt3 teaspoons Eder Spices Sliced red onion2 teaspoons Eder Spices ground green jalapeno chilli2 teaspoons coriander leaves1 pinch Eder Spices freshly ground bucay pepper1 teaspoon Eder Spices tomato flakesas an accompaniment tortilla chips Cut the avocados in half cut, with a spoon  scoop out, put the avocado flesh in a bowl and stir. Mix the pulp with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the spices until you get a smooth consistency. Put the mass in bowls. Use as a dip for grilled meat or tortilla chips.
