Habanero Sauce 15 medium Eder Spices Habaneros 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 4 teaspoons olive oil 4 teaspoons Eder Spices granulated garlic 1/2 teaspoon Eder Spices  Sea salt Mash the habanero chillies, removing the seeds with a spoon if you want a mild sauce. In a sauce pan, heat the olive oil, add the habaneros and simmer gently until tender - takes about 8 minutes. Open the windows, you need some fresh air for this. Add the garlic granules and continue to cook for about 2 minutes. Now add vinegar, sugar, salt and let the whole thing cook on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Cover and let the sauce cool for 10 minutes. Put the mixture in a blender and blend until creamy. If it's too thick, add some vinegar. Pour the sauce into glasses and set aside.
