The Iberico Cebo Ham 50% Iberico Breed is a delicious delicacy with a very characteristic intense flavor that gives it the feed based on the feed of our Iberico pigs. 50% Iberian pigs selected from our pastures in Salamanca, one by one, to achieve the best quality. Its unique flavour, smell and texture are given by the action of salt and a drying and maturation process of 24 to 30 months, of which 3 have been spent in our dryers. CONSERVATION AND EXPIRY: Locate it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight. Preferred consumption: 24 months. RECOMMENDATIONS: In order for your ham to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home, remove it from the cotton cover with which we sent it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.
