Each one keeps his Madeleine de Proust in his heart; It is most often revealed in contact with a place, a taste or even a smell from our childhood.
It all starts with the desire to pay tribute to the people who have contributed to our development. Emile and Jules is the story of two families told by two young men: Olympe and Julien. It often happens to walk into a place, meet a person and say to yourself: “This smell reminds me of something!” The story of Emile and Jules is based on this particular memory!
It is on this reminiscence that the Emile et Jules brand is founded; this idea that a scent can revive in our minds the unique and pleasant memory of a person who has marked our life.
THE CONCEPT:
For potted candles, we started from the following observation:
After having completely consumed the candles, we keep 1 to 2 empty containers to re-use them in a pencil holder, then we throw the others ...
In order to address this waste and recycle these containers, we have chosen to send a small plant with each candle shipped.
Once the candle is completely consumed, the idea is to repot the plant in the container of "fire" the candle.
