It's not chocolate it's carob with mild flavors naturally sweetened (without added sugar), excellent combination with dried fruits from the Mediterranean Carob is the fruit of the carob tree. It is naturally sweet, and when it matures and is ready for harvest, it is shaped like an elongated pod that measures between 10 and 25 cm. When it matures, it takes on a dark brown color.
