GREEN CARDAMOM 30G

Green cardamom is one of the most fragrant spices, very aromatic, both lemony and peppery (but not spicy), a little camphorated. You can use it whole or split open the green pod and crush the brown seeds. It is used in Indian cuisine, in oriental countries but also in Scandinavia. Cardamom is used in all sweet dishes, fruit salads, cakes, ice cream, wonderful with chocolate, perfect in sweet and savory cooking, in the preparation of planters and other flavored punches.
