GARAM MASSALA 42G

Garam masala is the main spice blend used in North Indian cuisine. It can be added at the start of cooking, but it is more usual to add it at the end of cooking, or sprinkle on your dish just before serving. It will be delicious with your fish and white meats such as poultry or pork, and will particularly flavor your potatoes and cauliflower. Its flavor is intense, hot and aromatic.
