This extra virgin was born at the end of October, when the olive was still in veraison. It comes from a selection of our Lucio olive trees, which are increasingly scarce due to their low production. From them we collect the best olives and grind them cold the same day. The origins of these olive trees start in the ramifications of the Roman Empire owe their name to the Roman emperor who introduced them to the peninsula. It is a unique harvest of 7,000 litres. All this process and care brings out the unique flavor that characterizes our exclusive Lucio variety. On the palate it has a very fruity flavor, with intense nuances of fresh fruit and is also very aromatic.
