Espinaler selects the best potatoes at the place of origin. Next, they are peeled, washed and cut to later fry them in 100% refined sunflower oil. A potato that surprises and reminds us of the traditional flavor. We combine tradition and technology, managing to produce crispy chips on the palate and tasty on the palate. The potatoes are collected and rigorously selected in the highlands of Soria. They undergo a traditional peeling and cutting process; and are fried using olive oil with a low salt content. The main objective has always been to obtain an excellent product and for this purpose the French fries are made exclusively from high quality raw materials. They are currently a benchmark for quality French fries not only in Spain, but also in France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium and Switzerland.
