Poster Murder of William of Orange - History

This is an exact image of the original print from around 1853. The print shows the Prince of Orange in Delft who was murdered by Balthasar Gerards on July 10, 1584. William of Orange still standing on the stairs, the murderer flees on the left, the dog at the top of the stairs. The bullet holes are still visible in the Prinsenhof. Balthasar was interrogated and eventually led to the scaffold. We also sell matching frames in different colors. Different format or paper?
