The origin
Andreas Essendorfer was born in 1972 in the Bavarian Oberland as the son of Therese & Max Essendorfer. He and his older brother grew up there very down to earth and are familiar with traditional values. The mother soon opened a farmer's direct marketing on the farm in the form of a small farm shop and mainly produced baked goods of all kinds, as well as the lard, which had become so rare. She later began experimenting with jams, which was well received by customers. Andreas then asked her at the end of the 1990s if he wanted to take over the shop, and so we worked together. However, the main focus should now be on the production of extraordinary fruit spreads - Andreas was able to let his creative streak run wild and conjured up very special fruit spreads, which - although he did not know that at the time - later even made it across the pond should create.
