Pan di Guido with chocolate was created to enrich the idea of wanting to create a panettone without raisins or candied fruit at the request of Guido (son of Francesco Faccendi). In this version, the softness of the traditional panettone meets the taste of our precious chocolate which embraces the rest of the ingredients, enhancing their taste and making it even more delicious. Guido's Pan maintains the softness and taste of traditional panettone, but is designed for those who don't like candied fruit and raisins. It is a dessert suitable to be eaten for the Christmas holidays, but also as a breakfast dessert and as a snack all year round.
