Pure Ostrich Rillettes with Espelette Pepper – 90 g

These gourmet and original rillettes are offered sterilized, in an elegant glass jar.
 Very creamy, tender and at the same time healthy, our rillettes are prepared by hand with shredded ostrich meat preserved in its fat for long hours, then crumbled and precisely seasoned.
 We combined them with Espelette pepper for a South-West note, intensely fragrant and with a unique orange color. They are made without coloring or preservatives.
