Vegan Cheese - RawMesco - Calçots and Romesco Sauce - Vegan Cheese

Winner of "Best Mediterranean Style Vegan Cheese Award" RawMesco is a semi-cured vegan cheese, fermented with all its organic ingredients for 48 hours and cured for 3 weeks.    It has dehydrated Calçots (a type of onion typical of Catalonia) and Romesco Raw Sauce.   It is a seasonal product with a strong flavor, impossible to be left without words.    It can be used in any recipe to improve the dish, but it is best accompanied with a seasonal barbecue.   Free of Plastic, Suffering and Gluten.
