JoLo - organic tiger nut flour - fine Are you familiar with the unusual nut that isn't a nut?    What is special about tiger nut flour?    We were fascinated by the delicious nutty taste during our first attempts at baking!    The special thing about tiger nut flour is that it is free of nuts and gluten! What does the tiger nut look like that the tiger nut flour is made from?    It is a sour grass plant and grows as brown tubers on the roots of the tigernut grass.
