A bread without a guilty conscience and super digestible, that has to work! These were the initial thoughts of the founder of My Makery. Birgit is a qualified sports scientist and nutrition coach. Their goal was to develop a gluten-free bread with an optimal nutrient composition: lots of protein, few carbohydrates and, above all, rich in fiber. And of course without compromising on quality and taste. The result: organic chestnut bread baking mixes based on high-quality chestnut flour. They are superfood in bread form. They contain 1/3 fiber, so they can be declared as high in fiber and therefore as a superfood. In addition to developing 100% honest products, My Makery's mission is to keep the ingredients as regional as possible and to use nothing but natural ingredients. We want to make nutritious, natural and varied nutrition easy and practical for people, without compromising on quality and taste. "We just need more honest foods on the market that are good for us!" The issue of food waste is also a concern for us. That's why we're part of the "Often longer good" campaign out of conviction - together against food waste. And a large part of our raw materials consists of by-products from the oil mills in order to support the upcycling of food. Food is the means of life!
