CASARECCE GRANO SARACENO E MAIS BIANCO

Casarecce derive from the oldest pasta busiata, an Arab-origin pasta, rolled over and over again on itself because it was made using the "bus", the very thin reed of a plant around which the dough was wrapped. The buckwheat version is super nutritious, rich in mineral salts (especially magnesium) and fibre, contains the 8 essential amino acids in optimal proportions, and antioxidants that decrease the incidence of cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. It goes well with ragu or delicate fish sauces or with pestos, such as Genovese or Trapanese.
