Fettuccine is dry pasta version of tagliatelle, which is flatter and shorter. This "green" version with pea flour is a source of protein and vitamins (especially A and E, but also B1, B2, B9, C, K and folic acid). Green peas contain several minerals (potassium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sulphur, sodium and zinc) and little fat. They are also rich in soluble fibres, starches and sugars and are an ideal food for our bodies. They can be seasoned with many condiments, we recommend them with fish or meat sauce.
