Rum Spiced JACK - Cask of Pineau des Charentes

Our Spicy Rum is distilled from an AOC agricultural rum from Martinique. A rum with a unique elaboration, then aged in oak barrels having contained Pineau des Charentes. We distil each perfume in our copper still, then we assemble everything, and then operate the aging in the oak barrel. Like the development of perfumes, the fact of distilling everything exacerbates the aromas. We are on floral and delicately spicy notes, aging gives it a certain length in the mouth. To be served plain, excellent in a Ti-Punch, or in a cocktail. Finished for 7 months in barrels of Pineau des Charentes.
