The ORGANIC rusks from Antica Forneria Siciliana are not only good and genuine, their history says what they are. They are produced by a small artisan workshop in Sicily, only after a careful selection of the raw materials and the exclusively artisanal processing method. The raw materials used are few and chosen for their unique characteristics: "Maiorca" soft wheat flour, an ancient Sicilian grain forgotten and rediscovered; sourdough, yeast composed only of flour and water; our extra virgin olive oil, unforgettable on the palate for its harmonious taste; rice malt, a natural alternative to refined sugar.
