Artisan Organic Sicilian Durum Wheat Fusilli

An artisanal pasta, bronze-drawn, organic and respectful of the environment: we are talking about Pasta Lenato! The Sicilian wheat is grown by the company itself in the hills of Caltagirone, the processing method is exclusively artisanal and is bronze drawn to make it wrinkled and porous for a sublime result in the mouth. The very slow drying (also called sweating) allows the pasta to remain intact and maintain all its nutritional characteristics even after cooking.  Its taste remains full-bodied, the aroma persistent and maintains high digestibility.  The color is natural and the scent is that of wheat, you will feel it released after opening the package! The plastic part of its packaging is biodegradable and can be thrown away.
