Pistachios with organic shell

Our Sicilian Organic Pistachio is special, a true excellence on the Italian and global scene. The plants bear fruit only once every two years and grow in rough terrain where it is not possible to use machinery for cultivation operations. The pistachios are then harvested by hand, one by one. The harvest takes place by farmers in balance, among the black lava boulders typical of the area, with canvas bags tied around their necks. It is a long and delicate operation which finds its justification in the result: unique pistachios full of flavour. The shells of these pistachios are open.
