The particularity of this vintage, 100% Tannat, lies in the selection of berries which are brought to over-ripeness, which gives a beautiful balance of tannins and fruity aromas (blackcurrant, black cherry). Tasting: intense red color, powerful nose, red fruits, slightly toasted, notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, accompanied by a gentle perception of woody vanilla on the palate. Beautiful structure with a nice length. It is enjoyed with cold meats, roast meats or sauces, cheeses and chocolate desserts. *Medalist at the TOP100 2023 Competition: the Top 100 celebrates the best wines from the Languedoc and Roussillon vineyards, from part of the Rhône Valley and the South-West, with a skilfully organized selection of the best of current winemaking.
