Our large, shell-shaped conchiglie are made from durum wheat semolina. They are homemade in Italy! They get their bright color from the addition of dried vegetables such as black salsify, spinach and beetroot and thanks to turmeric. Each pack has a delicious recipe from the Gepps Pasta world: our Conchiglie we serve with pumpkin sauce and Gorgonzola.
