Cuvée tribute to Gérard Bertrand's father who adored this plot of old Carignan, some of which are over 100 years old. The name Forge comes from the land registry, on the plot there are all the elements necessary for forging: wood for the fire and water to cool the metal. With great breadth, the palate reveals powerful and elegant aromas, which evoke "jammed" red fruits. It is a very great wine with high aging potential (20 years)
