Torta del Casar DOP 250gr - Cincho de Plata : Cheese Awards 2022

Cheese with a light rind, with an interior with a uniform, creamy and melting texture.  Cylindrical shape with slightly grated faces.  Maturation process of at least two months.  Certified by the D.EITHER.Q.  Torta del Casar that endorses the origin and characteristics of the product.  Made in the traditional way with 100% natural, freshly milked raw sheep's milk, which arrives every morning in isothermal tank trucks to our cheese factory, from farms controlled by the Torta del Casar Designation of Origin.  Ideal temperature for optimal consumption close to 24 degrees.  To taste, use a pointed knife to open the top of the cheese, as if removing a lid, remove it without breaking it, revealing its interior cream.  Spread this with a blunt knife on fresh or very lightly toasted bread.  When finished, cover the cake again.
