Inspired by a traditional recipe from the Italian region of Tuscany and known as “la finacchiona”. Fennel is an emblematic plant of the place where we live, Hinojales, to which it owes its name. Minimum cure of 5 months. 100% natural ingredients, without additives. Units of 400g (approx) vacuum packed. About the artisans: Antonio Jesús and his wife Isabel founded their family business 10 years ago. Since then, its traditional products have won several national and international awards. In both 2016 and 2022 they received the international Superior Taste Award with 3 Gold Stars by the International Taste Insitute of Brussels.
