Natural dressing without paprika with garlic, salt and white wine.  Minimum curing time of 7 months. When cut, the product has a light red colour with infiltrations of marbled fat. Its flavor is pleasant and delicate, and its texture is juicy.  1/2 piece Cup format 500 g Vacuum packed 100% Iberian breed pigs that enjoy continuous extensiveness throughout their lives, taking advantage of the resources of the environment where they are raised, the Huelva pasture, in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve, area of the D.Z. Jabugo. This, combined with the completely artisanal production of the products using natural ingredients, gives our Iberian products a finesse, identity and unique nuances.
