Without filter. Our organic extra virgin olive oil from Dehesa is a new harvest olive oil with an intense yellow colour and a scent of fresh grass and mountains. It is soft at first with a balanced bitter and spicy due to its high level of polyphenols and antioxidants, ending with an intense sensation of fresh fruit. This oil has not been subjected to filtering processes. With good structure and persistence, it is a flavor enhancer for any food. About the craftsman: José Antonio cultivates the same century-old mountain olive trees that were cultivated by his parents and before them, his grandparents. Its mountain olive grove has been certified as Organic Agriculture by the European Union since 1999. The main difference between a mountain olive grove and the rest lies in the conservation of the environment. While the majority of olive groves modify the environment and use extra resources in search of better production, maintenance and harvesting conditions, the mountain olive grove coexists with the pasture, contributing to its conservation and development, taking advantage of only resources obtained naturally.
