Goat Cheese with ASH from Extremadura with more than 45 days of curing. 
This type of cheese, so genuine for its presence, is covered with edible charcoal and has a succulent contrast in its appearance due to the white of its interior and the black color of its rind; The ash makes the rind of the cheese ripen and gives it a softer flavor.    Winner of the International Cincho de Plata Award and World Cheese Awards Plata 2022-2023, it is recognized for its exceptional quality. 
Enjoy an authentic award-winning delicacy, handcrafted with care and passion by the prestigious El Señorío de Monesterio cheese factory.    Pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, dairy ferments, calcium chloride, salt and charcoal.   Whole cheese of approximately 500g.   Allergens: Gluten Free.   Bark: The bark is edible.   Packaging: Vacuum packaged so that all its properties remain intact.   Conservation: At a temperature between 10º and 12º.   Consumption: It is recommended to consume at a temperature that ranges between 16º and 18º.    About the craftsman: Our El Señorío de Monesterio Cheese factory is located in Monesterio, in the Tentudía region (Badajoz).
