Natural cured goat cheese (500gr) from Extremadura - 1st National Trashumantes Prize 2023

NATURAL Goat Cheese from Extremadura with a curing period of more than 90 days. A true delight for the palate.  Its rind is edible, so when it comes to consumption we achieve a creamy flavor with a perfect mix of sweet and salty. It is made with freshly milked and pasteurized goat's milk, thus preserving all the spontaneity of wild flora and the outdoors.  Data sheet: Ingredients: Pasteurized goat milk, rennet, dairy ferments, calcium chloride and salt. Weight: approximately 500 gr. Format: Integer. Allergens: Gluten Free. Bark: The bark is edible. Packaging: Vacuum packaged so that all its properties remain intact. Conservation: At a temperature between 10 and 12 º C. Consumption: It is recommended to consume at a temperature that ranges between 16 and 18º.
