Recipe idea: SUNFLOWER SEED COOKIES 30g of softened butter – 2 ripe bananas – 350g of wholemeal flour – 30g of brown sugar – 100g of wholemeal sugar – 2 eggs – 150g of dark chocolate - ½ sachet of baking powder – 1tsp of cinnamon – fleur de sel • Mash the bananas with a fork until you obtain a puree. Beat the butter, bananas and sugars with a mixer until the mixture is smooth. Add the eggs one by one and beat. •Gradually add the flour, yeast, cinnamon and ½ tsp of fleur de sel. Roughly chop the chocolate and add to the mixture. Mix. •Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 180°C. •Line a baking tray with baking paper. Take out the dough then make balls. Cook for 9 min. Sprinkle the cookies with fleur de sel.
