Acacia honey from Piedmont is one of the most prized honeys both for its origin and for its therapeutic properties. 

It combines the many typical virtues of honey with a light, straw yellow color and a delicate, slightly floral scent. An excellent substitute for sugar in tea, herbal teas and coffee, it can also be used in almost all kitchen preparations, especially for ice cream, but also in the simplest dishes such as fruit salad. 

Also ideal as an accompaniment to cheeses such as goat's cheese, fresh pecorino cheese, robiola cheese and tome cheese.
