Saltimbocca Gusti Mediterranei is a flattened sandwich with a length of approximately 22 cm, particularly light, because it is made with dough leavened for 24 hours and then cooked in a stone oven. It is totally free of lard or other saturated fats, ideal for those who want a light diet without sacrificing taste. Recommendations for use: pre-heat the oven or griddle, insert the "Saltimbocca" opened in half for approximately 2 minutes, then fill it with cured meats and/or cheeses and cook it again for another 2 minutes at 200°C. Highly recommended with the addition of vegetables in oil. Season to taste and reheat in the oven or on the griddle
