JALAPEÑO “VIVA MEXICO” chilli cream

We decided to call our Jalapeño pepper cream “VIVA MEXICO” to pay homage to the land where they originate and which is so dear to us.   With extreme care and attention we have selected the crunchiest green Jalapeños and the ripest red Jalapeños, so as to give an extra hint of spiciness. “VIVA MEXICO” is the ideal cream for lovers of moderate spiciness.  Excellent for spreading on bread and for seasoning bruschetta, fantastic for creating aperitif appetizers, delicious with grilled meat and on hamburger sandwiches!  Weight 160 grams.   Ingredients: jalapeño pepper (80%), extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, salt.
