When your taste buds come into contact with this sauce, the syrupy texture coats the tongue, the mustard brings a light spiciness that the honey soothes almost immediately. Lemon juice provides the acidity that is needed to complete the sensations on the palate and make you salivate! The spices and herbs of Provence are responsible for gently flavoring the recipe. You can use it as a condiment, as a sauce, for your Devil's Pallets, your vegetable woks, your sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs, and especially for your chickens! You can of course coat beef and grill it, dip your food, marinate your vegetables and meats with this gently spicy barbecue sauce.
