Following the credo "Farm to Skin", Hengsberger Essentials produces everything from plant cultivation to finished cosmetics from a single source. On our organic farm in Styria (Austria) we cultivate around 30 plants – from which our popular Flower Serum is also created: a natural, effective facial serum full of plant power.
With us you get high-quality, plant-based facial care.
We stand for uncompromising quality and sustainable production from plant cultivation to the finished product. The facial care products (as well as the hydrosols, essential oils and extracts) are manufactured, bottled, packaged and shipped directly to you by us.
The concept of facial care is based on a routine consisting of two steps: cleansing and care. The formulas are gentle yet effective, with a naturally delicate fragrance for a daily spa experience at home!
For gentle and effective cleansing, we recommend our cleansing gel or cleansing oil. For aftercare, we recommend: 1. a compensating toner, 2. a moisturizing serum and 3. the nourishing facial oil.
Our principles:
Purely natural
Our products are based on natural plant-based ingredients. We obtain the essential oils, hydrosols and plant extracts through the distillation or extraction of our plants. This ensures that the natural fragrances and active ingredients are fully preserved. You can smell and feel it.
Regional
We produce 100% in Styria (Austria). The gentle hills of the Schilcherland region offer ideal conditions for our raw materials: In the sunny, warm, yet humid climate, the plants develop their incomparable fragrances and active ingredients. We source fatty oils, such as hemp seed or apricot kernel oil, exclusively from Austrian oil mills. Ingredients that come from far away, such as shea butter, jojoba or coconut oil, are not found in our products.
Sustainable
Together we have it in our hands: We guarantee careful handling of our raw materials and the soil on which they grow, and you reduce your ecological footprint by using regional products and recyclable packaging.
Organic
We manage our farm according to organic guidelines and we are certified organic. You can be sure that all our essential oils and hydrosols come 100% from certified organic farming. We also use these organic raw materials in our facial care products. While some products do not carry their own organic label, you can find all the information about origin and organic quality in the product descriptions and ingredient lists.
Transparent
So you know what you're getting: We tell you not only what's in your product, but also where it comes from. You can find all the information in the table of contents.
