Organic moringa powder - Herbasens herbal tea

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS OF MORINGA Moringa, originally from India, is classified as a superfood by the World Health Organization (WHO). It, in fact, feeds the population in many disadvantaged countries, particularly in developing tropical regions. Loaded with micronutrients (protein and amino acids, in particular), this plant helps alleviate malnutrition. Its main bioactive compounds are: Proteins Vitamins A (2.3 x more than carrots), C (4 x more than oranges) and E Omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids Minerals: iron (1.7 x more than spinach), potassium (4 x more than bananas), magnesium Calcium (14x more than milk) Polyphenols, quercetin and kaempferol Moringa can be compared to spirulina for its nutritional values. BENEFITS OF ORGANIC MORINGA Organic Moringa fills nutrient deficiencies. This superfood is particularly recommended for vegetarians and people following a diet. The natural virtues of moringa (in particular, its hypoglycemic effects) make it possible to regulate the blood, in particular diabetes, but also to gradually lower the level of cholesterol in the blood. It is the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which primarily give these virtues to the plant. Due to the antioxidant powers contained in flavonoids, this plant also relieves muscle and joint pain. Thus, like mate, moringa is recommended for athletes looking for performance. ADVICE FOR USE – DOSAGE 1 to 2 teaspoons of powder for a cup of hot water (maximum 95°C). Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Do not drink more than 3 cups per day. As a simple infusion, the taste of moringa is close to spinach and watercress. These flavors can legitimately displease. Also, we recommend adding it to a green tea or sweet infusion to reduce its harshness. Moringa can easily be used as a condiment to wisely enhance your salads or hot dishes such as rice or soups. In order to preserve the properties of moringa, we invite you to add this plant at the last moment when preparing your hot dishes. CONTRAINDICATIONS There is no scientific data on the long-term effects of using moringa. However, its consumption is not recommended for: pregnant or breastfeeding women (excessive vitamin A content), people suffering from hypoglycemia or already taking medication for diabetes, hypertension or blood clotting disorders. In these situations, we invite you to consult a doctor or pharmacist before consuming moringa.
