Plant from the Corsican garrigue, with blue flowers, verbenone rosemary, with a complex taste of spiciness, incense and a note of camphor, perfectly complements summer grills, gratins, soups, fresh cheeses, syrups... Direct from our organic fields, HVE3, its organic whole leaves, very green, not crushed, retain their powerful natural aromas even in the casserole dish or the plate. Tip: a little tough in the mouth, it can be mixed at the last moment! Dried naturally in the barn, it releases its virtues in a very pleasant digestive herbal tea, to which you can add a few orange peels.
