Cardamom is a wonderful addition to both savoury and sweet dishes. We use cardamom from Kerala and South India which has the best flavour and a little goes a long way. Great taste award Winner! Ratio: 1 drop = ⅛ tsp ground cardamom or seeds from 4 pods. Cardamom Yogurt: Combine 100ml thick yoghurt, 1 teaspoon honey, 2 drops Cardamom Spice Drops, and 1 drop Rose Spice Drops. Serve with any kind of chocolate cake or pudding. No artificial colourings. No artificial preservatives. No artificial flavourings. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For best results, use it in the final stages of preparation or just before serving. For drinks, add the drop(s) first in the container and pour the drink on top. Shake well before use. If stored correctly, stays fresh for up to 3 years shelf from manufacturing date.
