Inspired by the rugged, breath-taking Yorkshire coastline, our East Yorkshire gin combines hints of the sea (kelp) with botanicals influenced by the meandering journey to the coast through the rolling Yorkshire Wolds (including honey, dandelion, lavender, hawthorne blossom and berries). The flavours effortlessly blend with juniper and citrus during our precise distillation process to create a smooth, sweet, floral, flavour-packed ‘traveling’ gin. Containing 23 botanicals which include: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Bitter Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Kafir Lime Leaves, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Liquorice, Grains of Paradise, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root, Black Cardamom, Hawthorne Berries, Kelp, Lavender and Honey.
