Drawing inspiration from the diverse city of Bradford, the hometown of our distiller, this spiced, aromatic gin contains a fine blend of earthy flavours which include cardamom, turmeric, cumin, cubeb and grains of paradise. Carefully sweetened with liquorice (Pontefract Cakes) and cassia bark, this precisely weighed botanical mix, combined with the lovingly accurate way in which we distil our craft gins, makes for a very smooth, flavour-packed ‘spiced’ gin. Containing 19 botanicals which include: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Bitter Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Liquorice, Grains of Paradise, Burdock Root, Cardamom, Turmeric and Cumin.
