Our Organic Basil is packaged on our premises.     Our herbs are selected through a fair process from small cooperatives of organic farmers.     We advise you to use it at the end of cooking in order to preserve all its flavors.     It is traditionally used in Provençal cuisine, and particularly in pistou.     In any case, basil's best friend is the tomato! You can therefore add a few ID BIO organic basil leaves to the vinaigrette of a tomato salad, or at the end of cooking a homemade tomato sauce...
