Beautiful, hand-woven basket. Our traditional palm baskets have been handcrafted by the Jobe family in Mariama Kunda, The Gambia for several generations. Father and son produce in their own farm - their baskets are woven from the branches of the palm tree. The robust baskets are untreated and not painted. Eco-friendly and handmade products with a neutral tone complement every corner of the house. A decorative storage solution for indoor and outdoor decor that creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. This round basket with handles is ideal as a decorative object or for storing smaller items, such as jewelery or food such as garlic or ginger.
