Cular chorizo is a variety of Iberian chorizo made exclusively with 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork. It is presented sliced with a knife by the master cutters. This sliced chorizo from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs is made completely by hand in Los Pedroches. When cut, it has a marble appearance with a predominance of the lean part, bright red in color. Keep refrigerated (3-7 ºC). Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
