Hildegard broth: Our organic calf bone broth is simmered for 20 hours, which releases valuable nutrients such as collagen, amino acids & glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) from the bones and binds them in the broth. For our calf bone broth, we only use organic bones from pasture calves from organic farming. We particularly process bones with a high proportion of collagen (calf feet, ankles, patella & thigh bones). As the basis for our veal bone broth, we cook a homemade vegetable broth made from organic soup vegetables. We source our ingredients from farmers in the region around our production in Bavaria. Through a recipe with spices (e.g. Bertram, Quendel, Hyssop) according to Hildegard v. Bingen is especially beneficial for our veal bone broth. Drink the bone broth from the calf as a collagen supplier regularly pure or use the broth as a basis for soups, sauces or hearty smoothies.
