Marinated Court-Bouillon - 100g

This balanced mixture of salt, seaweed, aromatics and spices has been specially designed to bring a subtle, fragrant and slightly iodized, for cooking fish and shellfish. 
Also suitable for rice and pasta.    Guérande Salt is harvested by hand by salt workers using an age-old artisanal method. 
Unlike industrial salts refined, Guérande salt does not undergo any washing, any chemical treatment and no addition (anti-caking agent, flowability, fluorine, iodine or nitrite).    Fucus is a brown algae rich in iodine very present on the Irish and Norwegian coasts, on the coast of the Grande Brittany but also on the French Atlantic coasts. 
Selected from French producers, vegetables and herbs are dehydrated with hot air after having been carefully washed and sorted. Their dehydration allows their nutritional qualities to be preserved.
