Milk Chocolate Salted Peanut & Caramel - Johnny Doodle 150g - FAIRTRADE

This is Johnny's delicacy. The inspiration for this bar lies in the past when our taste artist was chef at a restaurant with a Michelin star. The recipe contains couverture milk chocolate sprinkled with small split peanuts from South Africa, which are roasted extra dark for an intense taste, with a crispy layer of caramel and highly seasoned with a generous pinch of fine salt.   The peanuts are small, but due to this processing they have a strong taste. The soft sweet fudge melts on the tongue. Together with the crunchy salty peanuts in creamy milk chocolate, this creates a taste sensation that you will never get enough of.   Johnny Doodle has never used so much conclusion in combination with so little milk chocolate! the peanuts used are less greasy and slightly drier, making the contrast with the greasy Johnny Doodle Couverture Milk Chocolate perfect.
