Johnny Doodle uses premium couverture chocolate.  Say what?!  Couverture is the highest quality chocolate, due to the high percentage of cocoa butter used.  Couverture chocolate is normally used by chocolatiers.  We also call it Johnny's gold.   The vanilla in the premium Johnny Doodle couverture bars comes from Madagascar and the cocoa mass that Johnny Doodle uses comes from West Africa.
