Our Holy Grail comes from the volcanic highlands of southeastern Ethiopia, the motherland of Arabica. It is grown by Mr. Biranhu whom I had the chance to meet in January 2021 after long hours on the road from Addis Ababa. This elegant and reserved man cultivates his coffee trees with care and precision, in his garden, among the banana trees of Abyssinia. This is the most amazing coffee I have ever had.
